Design and Build

Using our preferred architect and structural engineer, we offer a full Design and Build

service for clients who require a full turnkey project. We would normally establish a design

brief first, discuss any constraints, put together some initial ideas and provide a ball park

estimate for the works and/or discuss your budget. Where we can, we will try to come up

with a scheme that is mutually agreeable and put forward realistic time-line for the works.

Planning Permission

Following initial discussions, if Planning Permission and/or Listed Building Consent is

required, we can instruct our Planning Consultant or you can deal with him direct.

If you already have planning, please send us a set of plans in the post or ideally by

email for a free no obligation ball park estimate.

Building Regulations

Like planning, the requirement for Building Regulation approval will depend on a

number of different factors and each building project should be judged separately.

We can deal with either a Full Plans submission or a Building Notice on your behalf.

Alternatively, if you already have Building Regulations, please send us a set of plans

in the post or ideally by email along with any planning drawings.
