Ben and Adrian first started renovating Period Properties together in Walthamstow in the early nineties. Starting with 2 and 3 bedroomed Victorian flats and house renovations, the pair soon progressed to 4, 5, 6 and 7 bedroomed houses.
The scope of these jobs would normally include Restoration, Alterations, Extensions, Electrics, Plumbing, Kitchens, Bathrooms, Flooring and all the related trades. Quite often a Loft Conversion or Timber Framed Outbuilding would also be incorporated.
