Cart Lodges – The Classic Range

Above is an example of our Classic 2 bay Cart Lodge.

Dimensions and Guide Prices: -

The Classic Range standard specification is as follows: -

Foundations – Concrete Pad & Beam or Strip or Reinforced Raft or Piling

Over-site – Concrete on DPM on blinded & compacted sub-base over geotextile.

Bricks – Traditional 215mm Soft reds. Bricks to same width of posts available.

Main Frame – Wall Plates, Posts, Knees, Eaves Beams, Tie Beams.

Intermediate Post Feet – Pad Stones, Brickwork Piers or Steel Shoes.

Walls – Clear Treated Softwood stud-work and wind bracing.

Weatherboarding – Clear Sawn and Treated Softwood.

Roof – New or Reclaimed Clay Pan Tiles. Ridges bedded on lime based mortar.

Depth Options = 5.2m, 5.6m or 5.9m

Front wall plate/Access height = 2.1m

Ridge height = 3.99m
